To provide a venue where persons with interest in the literary arts can come to share their works with other professionals and amateurs, as well as the general public, and to establish mutually beneficial working relationships with each other wherein the ultimate goal of publication may be achieved.

Quill and Key collects information about you that you have voluntarily provided as a member of our website. This information may identify you specifically via your name, email or phone number that you have provided in order for us to register and post your member submissions online. This information is used for internal purposes only (posting, billling, providing additional requested services to name a few) and is never shared with third parties under any circumstances.

In order for Quill and Key to efficiently process your order for our services you select, we must collect credit card information that is used for purchasing your membership. This information will contain your name, billing address, card numbr, type of card, card holders name and the expiration date. Other forms of payment are acceptable but must be arranged through direct communication with staff members at: Staff@QuillandKey.com.

At this time contact between you and any third party can only occur through your personalized Quill and Key email address (unless you so choose to provide the third party with another means of personal communication). Therefore, it is the members' responsibility to detemine whom they wish to have ongoing communications with and which emails to block.

We may, at our discretion, email you with any member specials, information on new products or other Quill and Key events of interest. Once the email has been sent it will be archived on a yet to be determined page of the website for a period of no less than three months so that you may have the opportunity to view it without having to save it in your inbox.

Quill and Key contains links to websites that are of interest to our staff, suggested by our members, or sites that offer Quill and Key members special discounts or limited offers. Please be aware that when you visit these websites that they do not adhere to our privacy policy unless they are a subsidiary of Quill and Key. At this time there are no subsidiaries that are currently active, therefore it becomes the responsibility of the reader to read whatever privacy policy that may exist on the third party website.

On rare occasion it may be required by law that Quill and Key disclose information that you have provided to us. These potential occasions are varied but can best be exampled by: fraud, threats to the company or individuals or any activities that may be physically or financially injurious to the company, the members or to the public in general.

Currently Quill and Key is fully staffed. However, please check back frequently. As we continue to grow with new products and to expand into multiple countries our needs are likely to change quickly.
